Essay

Thesis is devoted to investigation of possibility to correct hypovitaminosises by injections of elaborated polyvitamins complexes and their combinations with nonvitaminous substances with account of vitamins interactions biochemical mechanisms. It has been established that influence of nicotinamide (NA) and nicotinic acid (Nac) on radioactive label accumulation and biosynthesis of nicotinamidous coenzymes essentially differed. This indexes were affected more efficiently by NA and attained maximum values four hours after injections. It has been shown on experimental models (for antyvitamins and theirs complexes action, alloxanous diabetes, irradiation, different hypoxic conditions, ontogenesis) that almost all of them gave rise to Nac defficiency caused hypovitaminosises and lactate dehydrogenase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase activities disorders in different rats organs. Efficiency of vitaminous complexes of various compositions with other substances and without them for correction of rats metabolic changes has been shown.
