As a result of influence of damping and washing of solutions on physics-chemical and physics-mechanical properties offset Rubber Blanket by using of mathematical methods of the computer. Received activity of these solutions and their resistance of offset rubber blanket, and on the basis of preliminary study of influence of high decaying charge on properties of rubber their various nature is established due to the positive hydrorhillie of these materials, which is explained with use derivatography and IR-spectroscopy of oxidising processes. Researches on the influence of the decaying charge on the properties of offset rubber blanket shows an increase in their rigidity hardness and stability by aggressive environments and wear, that has allowed to receive is reasonable scientific recommendations.
