Essay

Thesis is denoted to the problem of output quality perfecting, productivity increasement and energy consumption during operations of stopless book-magazine blocks’ three-side trimming and book rootlet folders’ cut-off during adhesive fixing, therefor discrete-tangent method of cutting by plate knife had been proposed. There were determined optimal cutting tool drive’s parameters, so as technological process ones, which gives an opportunity to access high quality of cutting, energy consumption decreasement and better ecological conditions of work. The results allowes to work out recommendations for the cutting units design.
