Essay

The object of research - process of definition integral hemodynamic microcirculation data; the purpose of researches - increase of accuracy, reliability and informatively at the express diagnosis of vessel systems with the help biomedical optic-electronic information-measuring system of a "eye - processor" type; the methods of researches - methods of the theory of measurements, theory of planning of experiment, carry of radiation, indistinct sets, mathematical statistics і of mathematical modeling; the theoretical and practical results - elaborate of optic-electronic methods and devices for biomedical images and signals processing, the algorithm of definition of a vascular state is realized on the basis of fussy-logic, which permits to make complex diagnosing vascular systems, is carried out metrology analysis of optic-electronic information - measuring system for analyses of parameters of vascular microcirculation. Is formulated the requirements and the examples of practical realization information measurement systems analyses integral hemodynamic microcirculation are given, the methods of increase of the technic-operational characteristics of the developed optic-electronic information measurement systems are investigated by application optic-electronic sensor controls of registration of photopletismograph data, the structure and algorithms of processor timer function by diagnose of vessel systems state is elaborated, the scheme-technical and con-structive decision of optoelectronic devices realization for biomedical information registration, processing and indication have been suggested; the novelty - proves to be true by the priority publications and patent of Ukraine for the inventions; a degree of introduction - within the limits of branch; sphere (branch) of introduction - medical and polyclinic establishments.
