The technological of production of book covers. To develop constructions and to optimize production process of book covers. The methods are radiography analysis, optical and electronic microscopy, mathematical and statistical methods. The classification of style of binding is developed; the features of plane sticking were discovered; the correlation regimes and technology factors of the process of a lamination of covers by OPP films is researched and the optimization of this process is carried out. The constructions of book covers and technological instructions for their manufacture are developed; the program of search of the optimum schemes bindery materials handling are elaborated.
