Object of research bull-kalvesot Simental breed and crosses, which were gotten from crossing of Simental cows with bulls of meat Ukrainian and Limusin breeds. The purpose of work is tossttudu the ekonomic-biological peculiarities of Simental breed and crosses which were gotten the help of crossing of Simental cows with bulls of meat Ukrainian and Limusin breeds. Methods of investigation and equipment: zootechnical, biochemical, immunological, physical-chemical, statistik, ekonomical. Retort Keldal, instrument Soxleta, Refraktometer, camera of Horyaev, erithrohenometer,FEK. Theoretical and practical results: h was determined the reason of using the bulls of meat Ukrainian and Limuzin breed in international crossing with cows of Simental breed of before Carpathian type. Novelty of inculcation: it was the first time thal in before Carpathian conditions it was done the comparative studying of productive gualities of Simental bulls and their crosses with bulls of meat Ukrainian and Limuzin breeds. Degree of inculcation: Et is introduced inlo a societi with limited liabiliti "Kochavino" Shydachiv Listuet, Lviv region on 400 heads of a jaung growth of flie cattle.
