Vovchenko A. Efficiency improvement of coal mining enterprises restructuring

Object of the study is restructuring processes taking place in the coal industry of Ukraine. Objective of the study is substantiation of the wags to restructure enterprises of coal industry based upon the idea of investment potential embodiment within the special conditions for investment activity together with economically expedient output of coal production. Methods of research are technologic and economic analysis and economic-mathematic modelling and mathematic statistics. Theoretical and practical results: conceptual directions of the branch restructuring system improvement, methodic recommendations on costs reduction at a coal mining enterprise and economic models of investments attraction to the branch. Novelty is in development and introduction of a new scientifically grounded approach to the strategy of coal mining enterprises restructuring in Donetsk Region. Degree of the introduction methodic approaches to planning of investment strategy are used as the basis for branch methodic recommendations on investment activity in Ukrainian Coal Program elaboration while scientific substantiation of coal production output is used in the program elaboration on coal industry development in Donetsk Region and methodics of reliability analysis for investment projects introduction worked at the mines of Krasnolimanskaya, Krasnoarmeiskaya-Zapadnaya No 1 and Komsomolets Donbassa. Sphere (branch) of application is enterprises of coal industry and Regional State Administrations of coal-mining areas.
