Essay

In a thesis the problems of a raise of effectiveness of processes of machining detailses are considered. For this purpose is used deep technological contours. The requirements to such contours are justified. The method of deriving of grooves is investigated at the expense of rotation of the special working elements of the tool. The mechanics of free cutting is investigated at a variable breadth of a stratum of metal. The properties of surfaces of detailses obtained on a new process engineering and stability of the tool are investigated. The new effective combined tool, economical process engineering and practical recommendations is developed.
