Essay

Object - produce and assembly errors influence on the gear exploitation characteristics. Target - the Novikov bevel gears technical level increasing by technology and assembly errors limitation. Methods - theory of gearing methods, applied mathematics methods. The mathematical model of Novikov bevel gear was constructed. The model include the systems of equations and exacter (for 12-35%), in comparsion with known, algorithms of technological and assembly errors influence research on gear tooth contact pattern and kinematic accuracy. For the firs time accuracy norms and tolerances for Novikov bevel gear wheels and transfers with initial tool contours by GOST 15023-76 and MN 4229-63 are developed. Object of application - gear boxes with Novikov bevel gears. Application branch - machine building.
