Vasina L. The influence of the 5,6-benzcumarine-5-uracil on the oxidant-antioxidant homeostasis of rats organism under condition of the experimental cancerogenesis.

The object is cancerogenesis under condition of chemical therapy and previous fractional X-ray irradiation. The aims to research of influence of the 5,6-benzcumarine-5-uracil and previous fractional X-ray irradiation by low doses on the parameters of pro- and antioxidant system of blood, liver, rats' neoplasm in dynamics of Heren's carcinoma growth. Methods - biochemical. Results? Novelty - the phase activity of lipoperoxidation processes in blood, liver, change of several fractions of lipids, changes of the parameters of antioxidant system and content of the bionic metals. The factor blastogenesis was impotent in the change of the the oxidant-antioxidant parameters under condition of the several hazardous factors. The new synthesised chemical preparation decreases of tumour growth and and makes for the continuation of life duration of the animal tumour-carrier; has prooxidant and relatively selective action.
