Essay

The object is oncogenesis under condition of previous fractionated x-ray irradiation in a total doze of 25,3 mKl/kg. The aims to research of influence of small dozes of an irradiation on the proteins oxidative modification processes, Са,Мg-dependent endonucleolysis and inclusion of the radioactive predecessor in RNA of tumour carriers liver and Heren’s carcinoma cells. Methods - biochemical. Results - influence of irradiation of animals before carcinoma implantation is shown at the initial stage of neoplasm’ growth by amplification of chromatine proteins oxidation, accumulation of polydezoxyribonucleotides and decreaseof RNA synthesis of liver nucleus of cells/ At the further stages of oncogenesis the dynamics of investigated processes in a liver of the irradiated animals is entirely caused by growth of neoplasm. The process of histones carbonilation which intensity is raised in the first week after transplantation is subject to the greatest changes in Herens carcinoma cells of irradiated rats. Sphereof application: biochemistry, medicine
