Essay

Human and rat platelet suffering from healthy donors and IDDM patients. Biochemical processes of activation of platelets under the IDDM. Methods: immunocytochemistry and immunodetection with the monoclonal antibodies, Western blotting, electrophoresis. It is exhibited, that the high level of NO production in platelets under the IDDM is provided with activation of iNOS II. It is installed, that the activation of platelets. accompanies with the changes of their ultra structural organization. It was shown, that the ascending of aggregation of platelets under the IDDM is coupled to change of a ratio of cytoskeleton protein.
