Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of scientific bases and designing system of liquid tangential flow turbine meters with high metrological characteristics . For this the further development of the theory of designing high-speed tangential flow turbine meters is carried out; the mathematical model is developed which takes into account hydrodynamical features of a measured liquid flow at its interaction with the primary converter of the measuring device and allows to create its work in сonditions of steady and unsteady modes; the complex algorithm of decision of the problem of high-speed tangential flow turbine meters optimisation by few criterions is offered and the software on its bases is created.
