Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to the development of methods and piezoelectric devices for measurements of hydrodynamic pressure and design on their basis flow meters for automated monitoring and control systems. The mathematical model describing the dynamic properties of piezoelectric transducers and based on them sensors of hydrodynamic pressure have been suggested and composed. It was declared that dynamical properties of hydraulically unit piezoelectric transducer of pressure basically depend upon physical-chemical properties of liquid sensor construction. The analytical equations for transfer function of bimorph piezoelectric pressure transducers were offered. Experimental research of piezoelectric pressure transducers were made. The number of original piezoelectrical flow meters of gases and liquids constructions are investigated.
