Theoretical and applied aspects of optimisation of handle of the capital of firm are introduced in the thesis. The package of optimisation problems of handle of the capital of firm is developed and is it presented by the problem of definition of optimal structure of the capital of firm, by the toolkit of effective choice dividend policy of firm at definition of cost of the capital, by the problem of optimisation of money streams of the capital, by the problem of minimization of hazards at creation of the capital of firm. The algorithm of instalment support by the capital of firm is offered with the purpose of complex handle of the capital of firm in operation in the thesis.
