Essay

The thesis dedicates to research of averaged surface heat exchange and aerodynamic resistance of in-line tube banks with cut fins, staggered tube banks with cut fins and a turn of tabs, staggered tube banks with cut fins with cut parallel bent and confusor bent fins. The structure of the current on surfaces of cut fins is obtained and analysed by the method of surface indication. Encompassing functions for averaged surface heat and aerodynamic calculations of tube configurations referred above are obtained. Comparative estimation of heat and aerodynamic efficiency of investigated fin surfaces is performed.
