High power electronic devices and Supplies and their modeling in programs for Computer-Aided circuit Design. To increase the computer aided circuit design efficiency by modeling time's minimization. Methods: mathematical modeling and macromodelimg, statistics, approximation, experimental research and measurements. New methodic of Power Supplies's economical modeling with help of functional-logic behavioral adequacy macromodels based on B - elements have been proposed. Macromodels for basic semiconductor high power electronic units and devices and analogue-digital device have been designed and investigated. Sphere of use is Power Supplies's computer aided design.
