The aim of this work devoted to advancing of diagnostic of vegetative dysfunction and arterial hypotension in children on the basis of studying of the central and brain's blood circulation and discov-ering and implementation of specific therapies depending of changing of brain's blood circulation. In manuscript the major factors of risk of vegetative dysfunction are determined. The features of a clinical course of a vegetative dysfunction are established depending on combi-nations of the factors, which one rendered assistance development of disease. The different changes of brain's vessels tonus in arteries and veins (angiospasm, angiodilatation, impairments of outflow in veins) have been determined using TCDG in patients with this impairment. This work proves the connection and dependence of course of vegetative dysfunction and degree of severity of changes of brain's blood circu-lation. The schemes of differential approach to therapy of vegetative dysfunction and hypotension were designed and implemented in physicians' practice. At prevailing impairments of blood brain's circulation in veins in complex treatment it is recommended to use escuzan, and in case of angiospasm- tanakan. Ar-terial vasodilatation and impairments of venous' outflow force to use tonginal, which also has ability to normalize arterial pressure. Key words: children, vegetative dysfunction, headache, central and brain's blood circulation, risk factors, phytogenous drugs.
