Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical grounding of the solution of a shallow shell eigenvalue problems by the mixed finite element method. The discrete eigenproblems are built by the Hermann-Johnson scheme of a mixed finite element method. The rates of convergence for eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the discrete eigenproblems are obtained.
