The dissertation is devoted to the study of the interaction of melittin from bee venom and lipophorin from insect haemolymph with some serum blood proteins of the mammals. The study demonstrates that the melittin mainly interacts with Fc-fragment of IgG. Besides this, the melittin causes the strengthening of the specific interaction of anti-Ig antibodies with their antigens and of the interaction of C1q subcomponent of complement with IgG. These effects can cause hypothetically in vivo activation of classical pathway of complement and origin of anaphylactoid reactions to bee venom. It is shown that serum albumin reduces the melittin-induced lysis of erythrocytes (unlike IgG or C1q), but increases the leakage of hemoglobin from incubated for 10-11 days at +4°C erythrocytes under the influence of the sublytic doses of melittin. The antigenic specificity of monoclonal antibodies to lipophorin of the haemolymph of the imago of Zygaena minos is studied. As a result the new method of constructing of phylogenetic trees by using of immunochemical criteria is elaborated and the changes in systematics of the genus Zygaena Fabricius, 1775 (Lepidoptera, Zygaenidae) are proposed.
