Object of research - process of business development management; objective - to develop a system of economical-and-mathematical methods and models of business development management basing on coordination of business entities' interests in the conditions of the transforming economy; methods - tools of system analysis, imitation modelling, game theory, optimisation and balance models, usefulness theory; theoretical result - solution of the important scientific problem of creating the integral system of models of business development management basing on coordination of business entities' interests; applied value is stipulated by development of specific methods, procedures and economical-and-mathematical models, application of which will enable to form substantiated management affects in the field of development of domestic businesses as systems, oriented at meeting the business entities' interests; novelty - this research has developed concepts of business development management basing on coordinationof business entities' interests of different levels in the conditions of the transforming economy;. it has formed the system of indicators, needed for business management basing on coordination of owners', personnel's and state interests; the research improved methods of calculating the indicators of value-added amount and structure; it gives the model of business operation analysis, based on value-added indicators and its structure by revenue categories; has formed the set of objectives and relevant economical-and-mathematical models of business management as a system of value added creation; has developed an approach to imitation modelling of industrial company development on the basis of value added structure management; has created the imitation model of development of cluster association of companies as systems, creating the value added; field of research results application - business and regional economy management systems
