Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to fronto-basal injuries surgery. Objective - to improve the surgery results of patients with different fronto-basal injuries using a minimally invasive endomicrosurgical methods. Scientifical research is based upon the experience of 91 patient, which were operated on - 69 patients by traditional methods, 22 were underwent endomicrosurgery. New endomicrosurgical methods as follows: 1) impression fronto-basal fractures removal; 2) frontal traumatic intracranial hematomas removal; 3) tense pneumocephalus removal; 4) polysubstrate brain compression removal; 5) anterior cranial fossa CSF fistulas closure; 6) endomicrosurgery of gun-shot fronto-basal injuries. Results of investigation testifies, that endomicrosurgical methods improve results of the surgery, decrease mortality and complication rate.
