Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of the character and role of disorders in production of immunologic markers of inflammation of respiratory ways in children with bronchial asthma (BA). The advisability of usage of leukotrien receptors antagonists in therapy of asthma by the comparative assessment of clinical efficacy and antiinflammatory activity of montelukast, natrium chromoglikat and teopek in basic therapy of BA is noted. A positive influence of these drugs on dynamic of clinical symptoms, parameters of external respiratory function, on quality of life of children with BA is established.
