Essay

The following points have been stated in the thesis for the first time: rules of multiphase crystallization of highalloyed high-speed steels of high capacity at cooling from a liquid state in a wide range of cooling speeds; parameters of structural trans formations at sintering granules in the temperature range of a reverse eutectic (carbide+austenite->liquid) and a peritectic transformation of forming ?-ferrite from a liquid and austenite in a wide range of heating speeds. Theoretical results obtained in the thesis allowed to formulate the means of a purposeful influence on the phase composition of original granules of high-speed powder steels of high capacity due to changes in kinetics of their heating, to reduce compacting time in comparison with standard sintering technology, to increase the quantities of a carbide component, to provide 1,8 times increase of tool resistance.
