Essay

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of stucture and properties of highcarbon Fe-Al alloys under action of external thermal influences. It is shown, that a variety and the features crystaline changes of structure in conditions of external thermal influences on highcarbon Fe-Al alloys are determined by presence in cristalline lattice of austenite of atoms of replacement (aluminium), atoms of introduction (carbon), cogerence particles ordered carbide phase (K-phase), and also para- or ferromagnetic condition of K-phase until martensite transformation. By the matrix analysis are simulated cristalline changes of a crystal lattice of martensite at alfa-gamma transformation. It is determined, that the action of pulse laser radiation enables to fix in a surface layer of samples of hardened highcarbon Fe-Al alloys evolution of orientation of the alfa -martensite, change of structure and properties, which are observed at not high-speed modes of thermal influence. Is shown, that martensite in samples subject to influence of pulse laser radiation more stable to disintegration at tempering, then in samples, which were not exposed to such influence.
