Shpakova O. Biological peculiarities of vegetative propagation in introduced conifers in the south-east of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the study of biological foundations of propagation of introduced coniferous plants by stem cuttings under the conditions of the south-east of Ukraine. The integrated asessement of the regenerative capacity of 26 species and forms of coniferous plants has been given, the impact of exogenous and endogenous factors on the rootformation being determined, the morphogenesis of adventitious roots at cutting has been researched. On the basis of the results of the theoretical and practical investigations the possibility of the accelerated propagation of ornamentals 26 species and forms of coniferous plants has been confirmed, the technological technigues of intensification of their vegetative propagation under the region's conditions.
