Object of research - the motion flying craft in a stream of ideal incompressible fluid above a screen. The work purpose is development of a calculation procedure of aerodynamic properties and dynamics of the flying craft above the screen with the help of calculation modeling. Modified discrete vortexes method as a numeral method is used in work. The scientific significance of work is consist of development of mathematical modeling of non-stationary flying craft motion above the screen and theoretical bases of stability in longitudinal motion above the screen. The practical significance of work is consists of creating calculate program of flying craft motion above the screen, development recommendations about the betterment of longitudinal stability characteristics of flying craft above the screen. The outcome of researches has used by scientific investigate work № 096209, "Rezultat-208" and for teaching process in Kharkov Institute of Airforce.
