Object of research: management processes of enterprise coalitions. Purpose of research: creation of adaptive management system for coalitions of enterprises, based on finance and economical profile monitoring for efficiency improvement. Methods of research: theory of management, adaptation processes analysis, system analysis, economic and mathematical modelling. Results: system analysis of financial and economical profile of enterprise's coalitions is implemented, its functions and structure are formalized; conception of adaptive management of net enterprise coalitions is developed; mathematical model of adaptive functioning of enterprise as an complex productive and economic system is introduced; layout of adaptive decision support system in enterprises' net coalition is proposed. Novelty: conception of adaptive management of net enterprise coalitions, built on basis of use of the methodology of finance and economical profile management; mathematical model of adaptive functioning of enterprise as an complex productive and economic system; models of enterprises' coalition management using ideas of system dynamics; models of mechanism of financing of the enterprise under coalition, communicative marketing models in productive and consumptive systems; layout of adaptive decision support system in enterprises' net coalition based on expert systems, oriented on ill-structured problems' solution.
