Object of research: management processes in medical insurance systems. Purpose of research: development of medical insurance's management systems for satisfaction of population needs in medic aid on basis of economic and mathematical modelling. Methods of research: modelling of insurance risks, healthcare organisation, medical insurance, insurance management, mathematic statistics. Results: conclusion on the necessity of multy-level healthcare financing system is drawn; conception of medical insurance management system is suggested; decision-making model is developed; contracting process informational model is suggested; model of development and implementation of medical insurance's products is suggested; risk management models in process of development and implementation of medical insurance's products are proposed; model of the system of satisfaction of population needs in medic aid is developed; the tool for implementation of developed medical insurance management models is suggested. Novelty: conception of medical insurance management system based on principles of structural and functional approach; informational model for decision-making in medical insurance based on the principles of decomposition planning; models of process of development and implementation of medical insurance's products, including pricing, build under principles of dynamicity, iterativity and continuality of management processes; risk management models in process of development and implementation of medical insurance's products based on system and functional approach, economic and mathematical methods, decision theory.
