Object of research: processes of decision making in productive and economic systems. Purpose of research: development of complex of adaptive economic and mathematical models for strategic decision-making in productive and economic systems, built on fussy-logic basis. Methods of research: economic and mathematical modelling, system analysis, development of fuzzy tasks of mathematical programming, adaptive decision-making problems solution. Results: conception of strategic decision-making system, based on principles of adaptive approach; model complex for optimisation of strategic decision-making, based on modern informational technologies and corporative approach. Novelty: original conception of strategic decision-making process, allowing to synthesize and implement productive and economic system's strategy under conditions of non-stationary environment; holistic model complex for development and implementation strategic development with use of fuzzy-logic; corporative information system for strategic decision-making, allowing to improve the process of strategic management of productive and economic systems.
