The object is rotor of turbogenerator during the making and testing condition of the plants; purpose of research - define criterions of rotor classification construction of disrepair elements on their basis, elaboration methods of control of technical condition elements of rotor, by it's diagnostic of electroinpulse method in condition of producing and exploitation of turbogenerator's; the theoretical researching is based on basics positions the theory of recognition forms, the numerals methods of applied mathematics, fundamental positions of electromechanic and using calculable technique; are established the criterions of observation mechanically conjugated and end bells, in coefficient appearance of linear decisive functions, which allow to work up the method of diagnosing massive elements of construction rotor turbogenerator; is worked up the express-method of control the technical condition of the structural rotor elements, based on the using impulsive influence and analysis of the diagnostic signal, which reflected transition function of vortical currents in the rotors massive; the results of job give in department of the thermal and electromagnetic researches of electric machines SRPCT institute of heavy electromachinesbuilding SPA "Electrotyazhmach" (Kharkov) for inculcation; the field is thecnical diagnostic or electrical machine
