Essay

This work is based on data of examinations of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) associated Raynaud's phenomenon (RP). Its aim determines of clinical traits, change regularities and correlation of changeable inflammatory process factors and functional condition of endothelium RA with RP before and after additional standart therapy by vasodilators. The positive effect of nifedipine additionally to standart therapy RA with RP on functional condition of endothelium is shown. An application field is a clinical medicine. The results have been applied in practice of medical institutions
