The variant of the iterative geometrically non-linear theory transversally isotropic of layered shallow shells and plates is constracted/ The analytical solutions for the internal intense status, potential and vortical fringe effects are obtained. On the basis of the iterative theory with using of a numerical method of local variations the technique and computer complex of the programs for stressedly-deformed condition homogeneous shallow shells and plates is elaborated.
