Essay

The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of economic and mathematical modelling of the institutional sector budgets within UN national accounting system conception. The analysis of essence of national accounts, their place and meaning in analyses and support proportion of reproduction of national economy, as by one integrated object is carried out. The reproduction of national economy in graph-analytic and matrix models of national budget and its components is proposed. It is offered the indicated models to use as instrument for working out strategy of social and economic development policy system.
