Essay

The thesis is devoted to the vital problem of cardiology - study of structural-functional changes of sinusno-auricular node and contractive cardiocytes of right aurcle in case of simazin intoxication. Taking as a basis the scrutiny of structural-functional changes of sinusno-auricular node and contractive cardiocytes in case of intoxication it was proved that acemaker cells of sinusno-auricular node are rather resistant to toxic impact of simazin. Among all ultrastructures of a cell mytohondries and myophibrilly suffer to a greater extent. However, the changes found didn't break the cell function owing to intensive development of compensatory-adaptational processes at different stages of pesticide intoxication. Contractive cardiomyocytes are more sensitive to toxic impact of simazin than pacemafer cells.
