Object of research - investment processes at an interbranch level. The purpose of research is development of a complex of economic-mathematical models for acceptance of the administrative decisions in sphere of investment activity at a regional level. Methods of research: the system approach, theory of production sequences, balance models, system of artificial intelligence. Theoretical result is the concept of investment strategy formation for region. Practical results are the methods, procedures and complex of economic-mathematical models of the offered concept realization. Scientific novelty: the designed concept of an investment strategy formation is based on production sequences; the production sequence of the Kharkiv region is formed on the neuromodelling principals; the simulation of a production sequence of the Kharkiv region is conducted with the help of Leontiev dynamic balance model; the versions of investment resources distribution in the branches of the Kharkiv region production sequence are formed using genetic algorithms; the model of the different versions of investment implementation analysis is built for the Kharkiv region.
