Essay

On the basis at the deepened analysis at clinico-laboratory findings and instrumental methods it has been established that patients with rheumatic heart disease and CI of I-IIA demonstrate a considerable decrease at the patient's life "quality" data, the signs at the pathologic remodeling at the left ventricle have been found out (the increase at FSV, FDV at the left ventricle, the diameter at the left pericardium, the decrease at cardiac index, as well as, the decrease at tolerance at physical exertion, the increase at the SWLV and MWLV, T-system immunity deficiency, activation at PLO processes in blood together with the decrease of the AO-defense enzyme concentration, R-proteins contain increase. The effectiveness at complex using Enalaprili Maleat, Echinacea Purpurea tincture, (-Tocopheroli Acetas in patients with rheumatic heart disease with cardiac insufficiency has been proved, it gives the possibility to effect some areas at the disease pathogenesis.
