The dissertation is devoted to the method of the treatment children, who are suffering from asthma according to the results of the 300 inspection children, by applying speleotherapy in conditions of salt mines in Soledar, Donetsk region. Mechanisms of acting of speleotherapy on organism in terms are revaled. Individual regimes of the speleotherapy are worked out. They let increase the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation, and to avoid the development of the accessory negative reactions to the microclimate of the salt mines. Depositions of the heading repeated courses of the speleotherapy are determinates. The clinical effectiveness of the proposed method of treatment is shown.
