The thesis is devoted by the problems of indicators choosing for protection systems, their parameters optimization , rating of set of probable threats, build-up of the partial and generalized quantitative estimates of information objects hardening. Their essential dependence on hardening of information objects in telecommunication networks is exhibited. The rating of influence of ways of organization of exchange on hardening of information objects in telecommunication networks and rating of methods of their integrity increasing and availability is realized. The technique of a rating of possible damage owing to ineffective exchange is designed. The methods and mechanisms of a control of integrity of information resources of the control systems are designed on the basis of the noise-resistant correcting code and technique of application of these methods. The estimate of resistance to cloning of the offered mechanism and possibilities on a control and restoration of integrity of information objects is realized.
