Object of research:payment flows management processes. Purpose of research: efficiency increase of payment flows management processes, function-ing under conditions of transformational cycle of economy of Ukraine, by use of new conception of payment flows management processes, which pre-sumes creation of new and improvement of the ex-isting tools of management processes, increase of information processing. Methods of research: sys-tem analysis, economical and mathematics modeling, informational technologies. Results: conception of organization of payment flows management proc-esses based on controlling, reengineering ideas and modern informational technologies and providing effective use of enterprise's payments; models of payment flows, used up in planning, forecasting, analysis, control and regulation for any time interval; model of negative payment flow management, pro-viding its effective planning, control and analysis; model of integrated software building, using the ideas of modern information technologies and reengineering ideas in vain; structure of decision support system in payment flows management sys-tem, providing synchronization of accounting, budget accounting and contract accounting.
