Essay

The dissirtation is devoted to an establishment of regularities of influence of chemical mekeup, conditions of cooling, technological parameters of treatment of alloys in fluid and rigid condition on formation of a phase constitution, structures and level of mechanical properties of foundry alloys of system Al-Mg-Zn. The select of microalloying and modifying additives and their contens in foundry alloys of system Al-Mg-Zn for purposeful running of their phase makeup, structure and mechanical properties is scientifically justified. On the basis of imitating model of aluminiums crystallyzation and alloy on its basis the way of technological prediction of structure of foundry alloys of system Al-Mg-Zn is eleborated.
