Essay

The object is the cadmium toxicosis of rats of different age. Dissertation is devoted to the studying of pathogenesis and correction of cadmium toxicosis. The methods of research and equipment are biochemical, photoelectrocolorimeter, spectrophotometer, pH meter, microscope. Innovation - it had been shown that in the pathogenesis of toxic hepatitis induced by cadmium chloride the important role is played by the activation of free radical oxidation reactions of lipids and proteins. The lipoperoxidative processes in cadmium intoxication are activated in young age in higher degree than in old age, the degree of oxidative modification of proteins vice versa is higher in old animals. Similarly it has been shown that in cadmium toxicosis the enzymes activity of tissue respiration is oppressed as well as the transport of electrons is inhibited along the tissue respiration chain, tissue respiration and oxidative phosphorylation are uncoupled. In the liver damage by cadmium chloride the hepatoprotective properties of propolis have been found, the high affectivity of combined use of propolis and enterosorbent "Fibrabet" has been shown. The expediency of using of mannitol and cytochrome с incorporated into the liposomes has been proved. The inculcation - the result obtained will be used for further study and possible use of liposomes, propolis and "Fibrabeth" at toxic influence on organism of xenobiotics.
