Object of the research: agricultural enterprises of Ukraine, farms, grain elevators, oil processing plants, traders. Purpose of the research: theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem of sunflowerseed market improvement in Ukraine during period of reforming. Methods: dialectical method, system analysis, monographic, statistical technique, grouping, price index, questionnaire design, graphical method. Theoretical and practical results: methodological approaches of forming and functioning oil market are studied, price regulation experience in market economy countries is generalized, actual state of the market of sunflowerseed and oil in Ukraine is analyzed, suggestions of Ukrainian oil market improvement are made, oil market forecast is determined. Scientific novelty: methodical approach that low purchasing power of Ukrainian population is a main cause of domestic oil market insufficiency is developed, the suggestion of loan price regulation mechanism is made, for the first timeeconomical efficiency of sunflower production in farms of Ukraine is calculated, the suggestions on oil market system improvement during period of reforming are proved. Degree of introduction: the research results are introduced in Znamenka district Administration of Agriculture. Efficiency: the suggestions may be acceptable for oil market development in Ukraine, agricultural enterprises and farms can use methodological approaches of economical efficiency analysis.
