Tatarinova V. Dynamics and ways of destruction of the sulfonylureas herbicides in plants and soil.

The investigation object is the use of the plasma desorption mass spectrometry for obtaining of the ecologically safe crop production. The investigation purposes is the study of the ways and rate of destructin of the sulfonylurea herbicides in agroecosystem by means mass spectrometry for estimation its suitable for obtaining ecologically clean crop production. It was used soft ionization mass spectrometry; statistic methods. It was developed of the new aspects of the methods of using the ukrainian biochemical mass spectrometer for the analysis sulfonylureas herbicides; it was obtained the rate of destruction constances for some sulfonylurea herbicides in soil; the practical aspects of the using of the plasma desorption mass spectrometry as physical-chemical method for the identification of the herbicide's active substance has been made.
