Delwa I. The morphogenetic and topographical peculiarities of middle cerebral artery's atherosclerosis and connections between solar and meteorological factors with clinical and morphological manifestations of ishemic strokes

The object is morphogenesis of atherosclerotic process; the aim is to reveal the peculiarities of middle cerebral artery's atherosclerosis and the connections between solar, meteorological factors with clinical and morphological manifestations of cerebral atherosclerosis; the methods and equipment - macroscopical, histological, planimetrical and medico-statistical; the main include - clinical manifestations of middle cerebral artery's atherosclerosis are caused by increase of the area of pathological changes, atherosclerotic process in the middle cerebral arteries is accompanied by progressive destruction of elastic structures with occurrence of proelastic fibres, there are connections between harsh increase of solar activity and clinical and morphological course of cerebral atherosclerosis; the new approach lies in - it was studied the development of atherosclerotic process in the middle cerebral arteries, the mathematical comparison of changes of some solar, meteorological factors with clinical and morphological manifestations of cerebral atherosclerosis is carried out, there are revealed the particularities of middle cerebral artery's elastic skeleton during development of atherosclerotic process; all this thesis has been developed by educational process of pathological anatomy, pathological physiology, histology, neurology, neurosurgery; the field is medicine, pathological anatomy, neurology.
