Structural defects of epitaxial YBaCuO films. Correlations to determinate between flicker noise intensivity, critical temperature values, current and local composition of epitaxial YBaCuO films. Using local investigations structural, noise and critical parametres of films, Monte-Carlo modelling anneals of films. Correlations have been determinated between flicker noise intensivity, critical temperature valuas, current and local cation composition of films with using triple phase diagram of cation compositions. Two tie lines with the highest and two lines with the lowest critical temperatures have been found. The mechnism was verified by reconstructing cation defects observed in TEM images. Have been carried out, and the excess flicker noise in the operating frequency and temperature ranges were shown to be dominated by oxyden migration near small-angle block boundaries. Optimization of film and planar-microstructure fabrication permitted a record-low Hooge noise parameter for test structures, which can been used to prepare high-performance strip microbolometers. 7452
