Essay

The thesis deals with the basic microsocial, ecologic and medical risk factors of developing children's intestinal dysbacterioses. The most significant ones among them were pregnancy and delivery complications, inheritet predispositione to diseases of the digestive tract, early formula feeding, repeated administration of antibiotics, living in families with many children, urban life, the use of well drinking water, unbalanced food. New regimens of pathogenetic treatment of intestinal dysbacterioses have been proposed on the basis of analyzing the pathogenetic mechanisms of the onset intestinal dysbacteriosis in children, using the enterosorbent "Polysorb" and polyvitamino-mineral complexes.The use of the coefficient of balanced microflora (CBM) for a screening evaluation of the indices of intestinal microbiocenosis and the determination of the degree of dysbacteriosis has been introduced.
