Improvement of curative effect, prevention and rehabilitation of children with acute respiratory disease (ARD) on the basis of diagnostics improvement of low anti-infection resistance have been studied. Risk faktors of low anti-infection resistance in children of Ivano-Frankivsk region have been determined. Factors effecting decrease of breast feeding duration and immunological disturbances have been established. Combined therapy with the use Immunal and Sodium Nucleinate in children with frequent ARD is demonstrated. Results of research are used in children's medical establishments.
