Object - recurrent bronchoobstructive syndrome (BOS) and bronchial asthma (BA); aim - developing diagnostics and improvement of BOS treatment in children; methods - clini-cal, immunological, biochemical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - on the basis of new approaches clinico- biochemical and clinico- immunological risk factors of recurrent BOS and BA developing have been determined. Criteria for prognosing BOS changing into BA have been established. Curative effect of Imunal, Triovit and " Beresh Plus " drops complex application in BOS treatment in children has been demonstrated. Re-sults - the use of proposed therapy leads to restoration of im-munity, antioxidant defence, trace elements status indices and their correlation in the child's organism. Has been applied in the work of children's health establishments in the western Ukrainian region.
