In the study disturbances of cerebral blood flow in 152 patients with multiple occlusive-stenotic lesions of carotid and vertebral arteries were evaluated. Based on the clinical and instrumental examinations were developed functional complex of cerebral blood flow and collateral reserve compensation assessment. The value of ultrasound sonography in the examinations of multiple occlusive-stenotic lesions of carotid and vertebral arteries was determined. Were developed diagnostical algorithm for selection appropriate surgical tactics for patients with multiple occlusive-stenotic lesions of arteries of head and neck which allowed to reduce surgical risk and improve treatment outcome. Special program set for prediction on the results of surgical treatment was elaborated and quantitative estimation of each prognostic factors was defined.
